Fat Burning Furnace Vs Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Which is Better?

Two of the most popular weight loss program these days are the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan and the Fat Burning Furnace program by Rob Poulos. Both have good reviews, have been used by thousands of people in many countries around the world, and have great user testimonials from people who've used them to lose weight.

But what is the difference between these 2 plans? Which one is better for you?

This is a question which is not that simple to answer since it mostly depends on you, your goals and lifestyle.

Let's see where these two plan differ:

While Fat Burning Furnace is mostly focused on doing strength training and trying to increase lean muscle mass, Fat Loss 4 Idiots requires little exercise and works on good nutrition methods alone. This means that if you're dead set against working out or simply lack the time that FatLoss4Idiots is better suited for you.

Get more muscle tissue

As Fat Burning Furnace is the only program of the two which focuses on physical fitness, it is the program which is right for you if you wish to gain more muscle mass.

Ease of Use

You will likely find FatLoss4Idiots easier to use than Fat Burning Furnace simply because it requires little exercise and provides you with a menu software which simply tells you what to eat. However, this doesn't mean that Rob Poulos' program is difficult, only that it will likely require more effort on your part.

Personal touch

Fat Burning Furnace is based on the experiences of Rob Poulos while FatLoss4Idiots is more of an organizational diet with no main spokesperson. If you're looking for the personal touch, Rob Poulos provides it better.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots has no support system. On the other hand, you can email Rob Poulos with questions and get answers if you choose to use his program.

All in all, both program work. Just choose the one which is better for you.
