Uganda's proposed anti-homosexuality bill has drawn world attention, as individuals identified as homosexual could face death or life imprisonment. To take a look at the history of this bill and the climate of homophobia in Uganda, Rustbelt Radio's Carlin Christy spoke with Peter Otika. Mr. Otika is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Director of Africa Policy Advocates. This file is a full length version of the story that aired on the January 4th episode of Rustbelt Radio.
