FREE MUMIA! Supreme Court May Give Him New Trial

This Black History Month, the Supreme Court may decide to review Mumia Abu Jamal's capital case. And they may grant him a new, fair trial.

This Black History Month marks just over 27 years in hell for Mumia Abu Jamal. His racist persecution must end. The United States Supreme Court is now considering a review of Mumia's case. The prosecutor is still pushing hard for his execution. And Governor Rendell says he is very ready to sign the death warrant. Mr. Rendell was the District Attorney whose office put Mumia on death row. Let's hope the High Court does the right thing and gives him a new trial.
It is time to bring this brilliant, innocent journalist home. His greatest "crime" was exposing the abuse, persecution, and prosecution of the "MOVE 9" in the "City of Brotherly Love," Philadelphia.
Mumia's incisive, often brilliant, commentaries can still be heard and read regularly at:

His book "WE WANT FREEDOM" is a Black History classic.

Mumia's "WE WANT FREEDOM" is also an American and world history classic! And with his book DEATH BLOSSOMS, Mumia turns his journalist skills into a short, poetic autobiography. Check his shit out!

Supreme Court Fucks Mumia

Now that the Supreme Court has denied Mumia a new, "fair" trial, the only way to free this brave innocent man maybe a MASSIVE email, phone, and letter-writing campaign to Obama (and wife) asking for a presidential pardon/clemency.
Meanwhile, the "persecution" (prosecution) is pushing for a quick execution! Waiting to hear if Supreme Court will uphold "life in prison" or allow death penalty. Governor Rendell (original prosecutor of Mumia) says he will execute as soon as possible if allowed by the Court.
Calls to the governor's office cannot hurt...
Emergency meetings for Mumia are being held all over the nation and world in light of this recent bad news from the High Court.
Mumia's new book is coming out on his birthday, April 24 - "JAILHOUSE LAWYERS: Prisoners Defending Prisoners v. the U.S.A."

This guy doesn't deserve to waste any more of any courts' time. Let him rot. He did the crime and is deservedly doing the time, so to speak. He should be thankful that he wasn't given the death-penalty. But, uh-oh, here comes Supreme Court nominee Sotormayor, screwball extraordinaire, who would rather decide major cases based on emotion and "life experience", rather than interpretation of the constitution. Maybe she will free the dirtbag.
