Barack Obama Does Nothing While African American Apartments Crumble, Decay and Fail
by Pat Saunders Thursday, Apr. 10, 2008 at 5:03 PM

I wonder when the news media well report on Barack Obama's Rezko Scandal.

To quote from the story ( Obama and His Rezko ties by Tim Novak ). This story is also titled ( Barack Obama and his slumlord patron ). To quote from page 1, paragraph 8. "as Rezko's low-income housing empire was collapsing, leaving many African-American families in buildings riddled with problems - including squalid living conditions, vacant apartments, lack of heat, squatters and drug dealers." Here is a partial summary of the Rezko scandal.
Seventeen buildings - many beset with code violations, including lack of heat - ended up in foreclosure.
Six buildings are currently boarded up.
Hundreds of the apartments are vacant, in need of major repairs.
Taxpayers have been stuck with millions in unpaid loans.
At least a dozen times, the city of Chicago sued Rezmar for failure to heat buildings.
Read the story ( Obama's Record: The Truth Is Out There, by Steve Rhodes ) at ( The Beachwood Reporter ).
Read the story ( PACs and lobbyists aided Obama's rise, by Scott Helman ) at ( The Boston Globe.
Read the story ( Barack Obama Listens to Health Insurance Lobbyists and Ignores Everyone Else, posted February 25, 2008 ) at Columbus Indymedia.
Read the story ( Barack Obama Favors Early Release of Sex Offenders From Prison, posted February 14, 2008 ) at Columbus Indymedia.
Lastly I would like to comment on the Anti-spam filter. It would be nice if the people who run this website would use letters that are clear to read and are not smudged in appearance. You can expect better standarda from people who claim to have gone to college. Unless they sent in two box tops from their "Corn Flakes" cereal and then recieved their journilism degree in the mail. If this is the case they should quit working here and apply for a job at the "Shopping News."

Journalistic Standards
by dave Monday, Apr. 21, 2008 at 11:07 PM

before chumping down on the exceptional volunteer jornalists "standards" on this site, this writer might want to learn how to spell "standards." or maybe just take the time to use a spell-checking program. "You can expect better standarda" and not using any web addresses for the information cited are on the lame side for one who holds this fantastic web site to be sub-standard.
