Letters and Calls To Release the MOVE 9
by BE47 Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008 at 3:41 PM
To release the MOVE 9 on probation, we need letters and calls to the Pennsylvania Parole Board in February and March of 2008. They are having a hearing in April where it will be decided whether or not to give them all probation. Or have them serve ANOTHER seventy years.
The MOVE 9 are finally up for probation. They have all served the minimum of 30 years on their excessive 30-100 year sentence. Hearings will be held in April. If granted parole, we expect to have them home in August!

For supporters to brush up on the history of MOVE and the "MOVE 9" and for those hearing about this for the first time, please listen to this 45-minute talk by Ramona that she gave this summer:
Please write a letter, Make a call, and Get others to write and call in February and March . Ask that the Parole Board release all eight activist on probation this year. They have served their minimum of 30 years, 70 more is simply unthinkable.
Peace. Justice. Now.
