Project 1877 Emergency meeting called
09/09/2003

Pittsburgh's entirely volunteer run, radical community space, "Project 1877" has been open since March of 2003. In that time it has become a fixture of the Garfield area, hosting concerts, meetings and workshops as well as the "free store" and serving as a point for distribution of free food in the community. Project 1877 also is the home of the Pittsburgh IMC offices.

Now it faces challenges, both financial and staffing related. On Wednesday September 10th at 7pm an emergency meeting will be held at project 1877 -- massive community support is needed to keep it open!

All are invited to this meeting. Come and find out how you can help out with this really wonderful and valuable space. Project 1877 is located in Garfield at 4805 Penn Ave.
